The Barum Czech Rally Zlín is the biggest and most high-profile rally on the Czech Rally Championship calendar, not least because it is also part of the FIA European Rally Championship (ERC). It was first held in 1971 and is, therefore, one of the three oldest rallies in the Czech Republic.

It is hosted in Zlín with the Friday night Super Special Stage taking place right in the city centre. The rest of the rally takes place on the demanding and hilly asphalt roads in the area around the city. As one of the Czech Republic’s oldest rallies, it is no surprise that some of the regular stages, such as Pindula, Maják, Troják and Semetín hold legendary status in the Czech rallying fraternity.
