The Barum Czech Rally Zlín has long been one of the most important motorsport events in the Czech Republic, and in 2025 it will be held for the 54th time. The tradition of the Zlín competition is closely linked to the popularity of rallying in this country, with tens of thousands of enthusiastic motorsport fans flocking to the Zlín region every year for the Barum Rally. This competition, which is based in the Moravian city of Zlín, has worked its way up to the very top of motorsport events in the Czech Republic over the years and every year brings a number of innovations, not only in domestic rallying. Since 1983, the competition has been part of the European Drivers’ Championship.
