The Russian duo of Nikolay Gryazin / Yaroslav Fedorov missed out on points in Greece after their car caught fire between stages. They are back for the Cyrus Rally in a new car in the Sports Racing Technologies team colours.

The Czech duo of Antonín Tlusťák / Ivo Vybíral are driving for the Botka - Tlustak Racing team, while German Albert von Thurm und Taxis and his Belgian co-driver Bjorn Degandt are rallying with the car prepared and run by the Wevers Sport team. Meanwhile, the Cypriots Charalambos Timotheou / Antonis Chrysostomou are also taking part in a FABIA R5 run by the Motorsport Italia team. It is their first ever start in a FABIA R5.
