For this event, the ŠKODA Motorsport crew of Jan Kopecký / Pavel Dresler, who have won all three rounds so far and lead the championship, come into this event fresh from success in the WRC2 standings at the Rallye Italia Sardegna. They are joined on the start line by teammates Pontus Tidemand / Jonas Andersson who currently lead the WRC2 championship with four victories from four rallies so far, at the Rally Sweden, Rally Guanajuato Mexico, Rally Argentina and Rally de Portugal.

 

The works cars are also joined by a number of customer teams too. In the Czech championship, Vojtěch Štajf / František Rajnoha are driving for the Klokočka ŠKODA Czech National Team, as are Korno Motorsport’s Karel Trojan / Petr Chlup, Spirit Racing team’s Daniel Landa / Pavel Zalabák and Zdeněk Pokorný / Richard Lasevič.

The Rally Hustopeče is also the fourth round of the Slovak Rally Championship (MSR) and competing in that are Martin Koči / Filip Schovánek (Styllex Motorsport), Grzegorz Grzyb / Jakub Wróbel (Rufa Sport) and Igor Drotár / Tomáš Plachý (Drotár Autošport).
